As a Freelance Coordinator at TheTeamX, you are not executing production work yourself — you are guiding, structuring, and coordinating it. You understand how projects in architecture or media design work, how briefs should be formulated, and how quality is evaluated. This allows you to translate client expectations into clear tasks for international remote teams.
You are comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and representing TheTeamX professionally toward clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You value clarity, reliability, and respectful collaboration — and you enjoy being the key person who keeps everything running smoothly. You must be fluent in German and in English.
This role is ideal for freelancers who want stable monthly income, international exposure, and a meaningful role in shaping the future of remote collaboration.
Freelance Architect
As a freelance architect or architectural professional, you understand the language, workflows, and standards of architectural offices.
You are familiar with architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations, and you understand how tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and basic BIM workflows are used in daily practice. You can quickly grasp project requirements, identify ambiguities, and recognize whether deliverables meet professional expectations.
In your role as a Freelance Coordinator, you act as the technical and communicative bridge between D-A-CH architecture firms and TheTeamX’s remote architectural talents. You ensure that instructions are clear, revisions are structured, and results align with German-speaking clients’ quality standards.
This role suits architects who enjoy coordination, communication, and oversight — and who want to leverage their architectural expertise without being tied to traditional project pressure or on-site obligations.
Freelance Media Designer
As a freelance media designer or graphic designer, you understand creative workflows, client expectations, and digital production processes.
You are confident working with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and you understand layout principles, branding consistency, and visual quality standards. You know how creative briefs should be formulated and how feedback can be communicated clearly and constructively.
As a Freelance Coordinator, you translate client ideas into structured tasks for TheTeamX’s remote design talents, review deliverables for quality and consistency, and manage revisions efficiently. You ensure that projects stay on track while maintaining a professional and positive client experience.
